From the second I stepped foot in her studio, it was immediately evident that she knew exactly what she was doing. Kirstyn had to make changes to the structure of my dress and deal with a very long train, and it couldn’t have turned out more perfect. I fell in love with my dress when I tried it on in the studio, but when it got delivered it turned out to be a size or two too big. I was really nervous that it wasn’t going to work, but Kirstyn worked her magic and by the time she was done with my dress I loved it more than ever!
The bustle was also a thing of magic. I have NO IDEA how Kirstyn works the magic that she does, but it was so incredible to see come to life. My dress turned out to be the dress of my dreams, thanks to Kirstyn. She also handmade my veil and helped design it from scratch – I teared up when I saw it for the first time. It was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Kirstyn handmade fabric florals for it and all I can say it WOW! It was a statement veil, but also so delicate and beautiful.

Kirstyn singlehandedly SAVED my wedding day. I bought my dress two years before my wedding (which was silly!) By the time my wedding came around...safe to say that my wedding dress did not fit like it did when I originally bought it. I was so stressed and was truly considering buying a second wedding dress. Then, I met Kirstyn. From the moment I met her she put me at ease. Kirstyn is truly magical. She made me feel so comfortable and never made me feel badly about not being able to fit into my dress and had so many different solutions as to how she could make changes to my gown so that it looked like it was bought that way. Kirstyn was patient, understanding, and BEYOND talented. She was so accommodating working with my schedule for appointments and she truly helped me fall in love with my gown all over again. In the end, my wedding dress went from being something that stressed me out and made me feel badly about myself to something so much more meaningful and became my dream dress. Where to begin!!! Kirstyn is sooo talented. Can I add she is the most down to earth woman!? I honestly don't know where to begin. Kirstyn is amazing at what she does!!! She did my wedding dress alterations which include : a bustle, take in of the sides, adjusted my straps, a hem, added a belt and closed up the middle of my dress so flawlessly and with ease. Kirstyn came into my wedding story right as I was waiting for my biopsy results. When I found out it was breast cancer she was one of the key people who made me feel like I could still have the wedding day of my dreams. She was ultra accommodating, working my fittings around my chemotherapy schedule and she always made me feel excited to see my dress again. This woman has vision and is just pure magic. She even sewed in a pink bow to honor my breast cancer battle and also sewed in “something blue” too. Okay ladies…. First off— I would recommend Kirstyn a million times over. Being a “Covid Bride” has been challenging to say the least. We had to push our wedding out a full year after already waiting a year and a half for our original date, which meant that I bought a dress two years out and wasn’t sure how I was going to feel once it was time to finally get married. Kirstyn had me fall in love with my dress all over again. Not only that— I ran into some unexpected health issues along the way that really took up my focus over the last few months and Kirstyn made things happen in such a short time. I am forever grateful for her and the experience she gave me…. AND my children! Due to the pandemic, my young daughters couldn’t even come to watch me try on dresses so when it came to the final fitting, it was pure magic to see my daughters faces light up. After going to my first wedding dress seamstress whom refused to make my sleeves more fitted on my gown, I came across Kirstyn. She was able to take my dress about a month and a half before my wedding to fit my sleeves and fix my bustle. She understood exactly what I wanted and my dress looked amazing on my wedding day.
